DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE AGL SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for ANGLO AMERICAN PLC and that as a
result of the dividend declaration relating to ANGLO AMERICAN PLC (AGL) the Trustees of the Share
Instalment Trust have declared a dividend amount of 626.619 cents per AGLNNI share instalment
that is payable on Tuesday, 28 April 2015. The dividend is subject to a local tax of 15 per cent. No
STC credits were utilized. This results in a net dividend of 532.62615 cents per share instalment. The
final payment will be rounded to two decimal places.
The last day to trade cum-dividend is Friday, 13 March 2015. The Share Instalment will commence
trading ex-dividend from Monday, 16 March 2015. The record date will be Friday, 20 March 2015.
