TRADING STATEMENT
In accordance with paragraph 3.4(b) of the listings requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are
advised that Iliad’s results for the year ended 31 December 2014 will reflect earnings per share (EPS) and
headline earnings per share (HEPS) as follows:

The improved performance reflects, inter alia, the benefits of the portfolio adjustments including the

The financial information on which this trading statement is based, has not been reviewed by the
company’s auditors. The company’s results will be released on or about 17 March 2015.
