Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a
block listing of 800,000 ordinary shares of US$ 0.10 each in the Company. The shares will be
admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange and to the Official List pursuant to the
Company’s obligations under the SABMiller plc South African Executive Share Option Plan 2008.
The shares will rank equally with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company.
It is expected that admission will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 19 February 2015.
