CHEMSPEC GROUP RESTRUCTURE CAUTIONARY RENEWAL ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the group restructure and cautionary
announcements released on SENS on 19 November 2014 and 6 January
2015, and are advised that the negotiations are ongoing and that
the proposed Restructuring Plan, if successfully concluded, may
have a material effect on the price of the Company’s securities.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise
caution when dealing in the Company’s securities until a further
detailed terms announcement is made.
Further to the announcement released on SENS on 12 February 2015,
shareholders are advised that Mr Ivan Arthur James Clark resigned
as both non-executive director and Chairman of the Company with
effect from 12 February 2015.
