RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
In compliance with rule 3.59(b) of the Listings Requirements
of the JSE Limited, shareholders of Ububele are hereby advised
that Mr Theo Kleinhans has resigned as a non-executive
director of the Company, with immediate effect.
The Board wishes to thank Mr Kleinhans for his valued
contributions during his tenure to the Company.
