FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcements released on SENS on
26 November 2014 and 13 January 2014, advising that EFG had issued a non-binding
expression of interest relating to the possible acquisition of a financial services business.
Shareholders are advised that discussions in this regard are still being held and shareholders
should continue to exercise caution when dealing in their shares, until a further
announcement is made by the company regarding progress made.
