In accordance with section 2.6A(a) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders of
Adcock are hereby advised that the Company has concluded its mandate with Deutsche Securities
(SA) Proprietary Limited and is in the process of appointing Rand Merchant Bank, a division of
FirstRand Bank Limited, to act as JSE sponsor to Adcock. It is envisaged that such an appointment
will be effective from 1 March 2015.
