CHANGES TO THE BOARD
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, the following changes
regarding the functions of a member of the board of Stefanutti Stocks are announced:
In line with the King III recommendations, board Chairman Kevin Eborall, has stepped down as a member
of the Audit Committee, but will remain as an invitee. As part of the further restructuring of the Company’s
committees, Mr. Eborall has also resigned as a member of the Social and Ethics Committee.
These changes are with immediate effect.
