CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS – APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, the board of directors
of Datacentrix (“the Board”) hereby notifies its shareholders that Mr Richard Lyon has been appointed
as a non-executive director with effect from 25 February 2015.
Mr Lyon qualified as a Chartered Accountant in Scotland in 1983 and shortly thereafter joined Fisher
Hoffman Stride in South Africa. He has served as the Financial Manager of Metro Cash and Carry for
a period of three years, before taking on the role of Financial Director of Cashbuild Limited for seven
years. He has been with Pinnacle Holdings Limited and AxizWorkgroup for over 17 years and has
28 years’ experience in general commerce. He fulfils the role of Group Financial Director and Risk
Officer of Pinnacle Holdings Limited.
The Board welcomes Mr Lyon, and looks forward to his contributions to the Company.
