CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Resignation of Finance Director
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, Afrox shareholders
(“Shareholders”) are advised of the resignation of Nicholas Thomson as Finance Director of Afrox
with effect from 31 May 2015, to pursue opportunities outside the Group. Mr Thomson has been
Finance Director since 1 April 2012.
Mr Thomson will be serving a three month notice period and the board wishes to thank him for his
contribution to the Group during his tenure and wishes him well going forward.
Appointment of Independent Non-executive director
Shareholders are further advised of the appointment of Giullean Johann Strauss, as an independent
non-executive director of the Company, with effect from 26 February 2015.
Giullean Johann Strauss will also serve as a member of the Company’s Audit Committee.
