Notification of Executive Director share dealings
On 26 February 2015, Executive Directors of the Company exercised share options awarded in 2010
and 2011 under the Company’s Performance Share Plan (“PSP”) and Matching Share Plan (“MSP”).
Details of each transaction are set out in the tables below.
Following these transactions, the Executive Directors hold a total of 1,465,594 ordinary shares of 25p
each in the company, which represents 0.2% of the issued share capital, and hold LTIP awards over
5,746,198 ordinary shares of 25p each in the company, which remain subject to performance
conditions and/or holding periods.

The Company chose to settle the Unapproved options by delivering shares with a market value equal
to the settlement value of the options (being the difference between the option price and the market
value of the option shares). On exercise of the Approved options, 4,509 shares were transferred to
Mr Das’ wife, Mrs Dipa Das. Following the exercises the shares were sold at a price of £3.96 per
share.
The Company was notified of the transactions on 26 February 2015.
