INTERIM APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements
of the JSE Limited, shareholders are hereby advised that Mr Warren
Prinsloo, the Group Chief Financial Officer, has been appointed
as interim Group Company Secretary with effect from 1 February
2015.
As previously announced on SENS, the Board is considering the
services of a new outsourced secretarial service provider and is
underway with the process.
