CHANGE TO THE BOARD
In compliance with paragraph 3.59(a) and 3.59(b) of the
Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are
hereby informed that Mr. Anthon Meyer has notified the Company
of his resignation as non-executive director of the board with
effect from 28 February 2015.
The Board wishes to thank Mr Meyer for his valuable
contribution both as interim financial director and non-
executive director to the Company during his tenure.
