CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with rule 3.59(a) of the Listings Requirements
of the JSE Limited, shareholders of the Company are hereby
advised of the following changes to the board:
1. Mr PA Pienaar, has stepped down as a member of the
Company’s executive committee with effect from 1 March
2015 but will remain on the board as a non-executive
director of the Company;
2. With effect from 1 March 2015, the status of Mr M Minnaar
and Mr JP Snyman, who are currently non-executive
directors of the Company has changed to independent non-
executive directors of the Company.
