TRP121: NOTIFICATION OF CHANGES OF BENEFICIAL INTERESTS IN SECURITIES
In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 (“the Companies Act”) and Regulation
121(2)(b) of the Companies Act Regulations, 2011, linked unitholders are advised that Ascension has received
notification from Coronation Asset Management Proprietary Limited (“Coronation”) of the acquisition and
disposal by Coronation (on behalf of its clients) of Ascension A-linked units, such that Coronation now holds
53.36% of Ascension’s issued A-linked units.
