UPDATE ON PAYMENT OF SPECIAL DIVIDEND
Shareholders are referred to the reviewed results for the year ended 31 December 2014 announcement (“results
announcement”) released on SENS on 24 February 2015.
The results announcement referred to a declaration of a special dividend subject to Exchange Control approval.
Brimstone is now in a position to confirm that Exchange Control approval has been obtained and the payment of the
special dividend will proceed as set out in the results announcement.
