Sanlam shareholders are advised that the Sanlam Annual Report 2014, which incorporates the audited annual
financial statements of the Sanlam Group for the year ended 31 December 2014, is available on the Sanlam
website (http://www.sanlam.com). The audited annual financial statements of the Sanlam Group contained in
the Sanlam Annual Report 2014 contain no modifications to the audited financial results of the Sanlam Group
for the year ended 31 December 2014 released on the Stock Exchange News Service of the JSE Limited on
Thursday, 5 March 2015. The summarised annual financial statements of the Sanlam Group for the year ended
31 December 2014, which include a notice of the Company’s 17th Annual General Meeting together with a
form of proxy, will be distributed to Sanlam shareholders by no later than Tuesday, 31 March 2015.
