DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE MTN SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for MTN GROUP LTD and that as a result of
the dividend declaration relating to MTN GROUP LTD (MTN) the Trustees of the Share Instalment
Trust have declared a dividend amount of 800 cents per MTNNNN share instalment that is payable
on Monday, 30 March 2015. The dividend is subject to a local tax of 15 per cent. No STC credits were
utilized. This results in a net dividend of 680 cents per share instalment. The final payment will be
rounded to two decimal places.
The last day to trade cum-dividend is Friday, 20 March 2015. The Share Instalment will commence
trading ex-dividend from Monday, 23 March 2015. The record date will be Friday, 27 March 2015.
