In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the South African
Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008 as amended, and paragraph
3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders
are hereby advised that the Company has received formal
notification in the prescribed form that:
The Public Investment Corporation’s (“PIC”) interest in the
ordinary share capital of the Company has reduced as a result
of the issuance of ordinary shares by the Company and the
disposal of shares in the Company by PIC, such that the total
interest in the Company, held by PIC, now amounts to 14.669%
(previously 15.178%) of the total share capital of the
Company.
