are hereby advised that PSG Collective Investments Limited has acquired an
interest in the ordinary shares of the Company, such that PSG Collective
Investments Limited’s beneficial interest in the ordinary shares of the
Company now amounts to 5.03% of the total issued ordinary shares of the
Company.
