TRP121: NOTIFICATION OF AN ACQUISTION OF BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SECURITIES
In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 (“the Companies Act”) and
Regulation 121(2)(b) of the Companies Act Regulations, 2011, linked unitholders are advised that Dipula has
received notification from Arrowhead Properties Limited (“Arrowhead”) of the acquisition by Arrowhead of
Dipula B-linked units, such that Arrowhead now holds 23.1643% of Dipula’s issued B-linked units.
