SHARES
In accordance with paragraph 3.83 of the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements and Section 122 of the Companies Act 71 of 2008,
shareholders are advised of the following:
Truffle Asset Management Proprietary Limited (“Truffle”) has
notified the Company that accounts under its management has
increased its holding in Hulamin from 15 693 858 to 17 318 284
shares. Accordingly, Truffle’s holding represents 5.42% of the
voting rights in the Company.
