CANCELLATION AND DELISTING OF 7 868 300 VALUE GROUP ORDINARY SHARES
On 10 March 2015, the company cancelled and de-listed 7 868 300 ordinary shares.
These shares were acquired as part of a general repurchase by a subsidiary company
in terms of the general authority to repurchase shares approved by the shareholders
of the company at the Annual General Meetings held on 27 September 2007, 23 September 2013
and 14 October 2014.
The financial impact on diluted and undiluted headline earnings per share are as disclosed
in the SENS announcement published on 3 March 2015.
The shares cancelled represent 3,96% of the issued share capital of the company immediately
prior to such cancellation. Following the cancellation, the issued share capital of the
company will now comprise 190 759 086 ordinary shares of 0,1 cent.
