person discharging managerial responsibilities, purchased 1,000 British American Tobacco p.l.c.
American Depositary Receipts (“ADRs”), represented by 2,000 British American Tobacco p.l.c.
ordinary shares (the “Shares”), at a price of US$110.40 per ADR.
Following the above transaction, Mr Giordano has a total beneficial and family interest in 28,763
Shares (including 21,392 Deferred Shares).
