NOTIFICATION OF INTERESTS IN INVESTEC PROPERTY FUND LIMITED
In accordance with Section 3.83(b) of the JSE Listings Requirements, Investec Property Fund hereby
confirms that it has received a notice in terms of Section 122 of the Companies Act, 2008, as amended
(Act No. 71 of 2008).
Coronation Asset Management Proprietary Limited (“Coronation”) has informed the Fund that it has
acquired an additional 0.29% beneficial interest in the Fund, on behalf of their clients, which has
increased its beneficial interest in the Fund from 24.74% to 25.03%.
