Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement published on 11 February 2015
whereby notice was given regarding the General Meeting to approve the resolutions as
contained in the circular posted to shareholders on the same day.
Shareholders are now notified that at the general meeting held on 13 March 2015, the special
resolution was duly passed by the requisite majority of votes for which full details are given
