Request for Trading Halt
Firestone Energy Limited (Company) requests a trading halt for its securities with effect
from pre-opening on Tuesday 17 March 2015 in accordance with Listing Rule 17.1 pending
an announcement regarding financing from its holding company and financier, The
Waterberg Coal Company Limited.
The Company requests that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of
commencement of trading on Thursday 19 March 2015 or when an announcement is
released to the market.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
