DISCLOSURE OF DISPOSAL OF SECURITIES
In accordance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements and Section 122(1)
of the Companies Act, No 71 of 2008, shareholders are advised that Foord
Asset Management Proprietary Limited(“Foord”) has notified Hudaco that it
has disposed of a beneficial interest in ordinary shares of the company on
behalf of its clients, such that the total beneficial interest of Hudaco
securities held by Foord is now 4.98% of the total issued Hudaco
securities.
