DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE SOL SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for SASOL LTD and that as a result of the
dividend declaration relating to SASOL LTD (SOL) the Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have
declared a dividend amount of 700 cents per SOLNIK share instalment that is payable on Monday, 13
April 2015. The dividend is subject to a local tax of 15 per cent. No STC credits were utilized. This
results in a net dividend of 595 cents per share instalment. The final payment will be rounded to two
decimal places.
The last day to trade cum-dividend is Wednesday, 01 April 2015. The Share Instalment will
commence trading ex-dividend from Thursday, 02 April 2015. The record date will be Friday, 10 April
2015.
SASOL LTD's income tax number is 9520/018/60/8.
