Paul Baloyi has advised the board that he has invested in a company which competes or has the
potential to compete with certain of Hudaco’s businesses. In view of the conflict of interest, he has
resigned from the board of Hudaco with immediate effect. The board extends its thanks to him for
the contribution he has made during his tenure.
