ANNOUNCEMENT TO SHAREHOLDERS
Mr. M J N Risely, the managing director of Gundle Plastall Germiston, a major business unit of the
company, has resigned from the company with immediate effect. The company has made
appropriate arrangements for the handling of Mr. Risely’s responsibilities in the interim and a further
announcement will be published once a permanent appointment has been made. The Board would
like to thank Mr. Risely for his contribution to the Group and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
