CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the
following changes are disclosed and effective from 19 March 2015:
- Mr Theunis de Bruyn has decided to reliniquish his role as
lead independent non-executive director of the ELB board
however will continue as a member of the Audit & Risk
Committee; and
- Mr Johannes Christiaan van Zyl has been appointed as an
independent non-executive director to the ELB board and will
replace Mr de Bruyn as lead independent non-executive
director.
