CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are advised that Sable has signed an agreement in terms of which an investor will provide
funding to the Company on the basis that negotiations are being conducted with the investor with a view
to it acquiring one or more assets from Sable (“the loan agreement”). Should the negotiations result in
a transaction being concluded, the loan will be set off against the purchase price payable for the asset
sale. If negotiations do not result in a transaction being concluded then the loan will be repayable,
together with interest thereon, within 90 days from the effective date of the loan agreement, being
23 March 2015. It is anticipated that an agreement on the asset sale will be concluded before the end of
April 2015.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the Company's securities
until a further announcement is made.
