CHANGE TO THE BOARD
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, Murray
& Roberts is pleased to announce the following change to the Board of Directors (“Board”):
Dr Suresh Kana will be appointed to the Board as an independent Non-Executive Director
and member of the Audit and Sustainability Committee, with effect from 1 July 2015.
Suresh is a Chartered Accountant and is the Retiring Territory Senior Partner for PwC Africa.
Suresh has a deep insight into business opportunities and risks in the rest of Africa having
most recently been PwC’s Africa Territory Senior Partner where he has established an
integrated business across Africa. Suresh is technically very experienced and is well versed
in the latest accounting and governance developments.
