Update on the sale of the SanRock Resort
Shareholders are referred to the announcement dated 5 December 2014 where it was announced
that Alawill Investments (Pty) Ltd, entered into an agreement for the sale of the SanRock Resort
(“SanRock resort”) and all moveable assets, with Dataforce Trading 10 Housing Consortium (Pty) Ltd
(“the purchaser”).
The initial conditions precedent to the agreement have lapsed. An addendum has now been entered
into with the purchaser stating that, on or before 30 April 2015, the purchaser obtains capital to
finance the purchase price.
Shareholders will be notified once all the conditions precedent has been met.
