CORRECTION - DISCLOSURE OF SIGNIFICANT HOLDING IN IMPERIAL ORDINARY SHARES
Shareholders are referred to the Company announcement released on SENS on 24
March 2015 and are advised that Prudential Plc notified Imperial that it has
acquired an additional beneficial interest in the securities of the Company
on behalf of clients, such that the total beneficial interest in ordinary
shares is currently 10.11 percent of the total issued securities of that
class. The trade was not done by Prudential Investment Managers South Africa
(Pty) Ltd as previously stated.
