DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE SLM SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for SANLAM LTD and that as a result of the
dividend declaration relating to SANLAM LTD (SLM) the Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have
declared a dividend amount of 225 cents per SLMNIK share instalment that is payable on Monday,
20 April 2015. The dividend is subject to a local tax of 15 per cent. No STC credits were utilized. This
results in a net dividend of 191.25 cents per share instalment. The final payment will be rounded to
two decimal places.
The last day to trade cum-dividend is Friday, 10 April 2015. The Share Instalment will commence
trading ex-dividend from Monday, 13 April 2015. The record date will be Friday, 17 April 2015.
SANLAM LTD's income tax number is 9536/346/84/5.
