RELEASE OF PROVISIONAL RESULTS ON 2 APRIL 2015
The board of directors of the company would like to inform shareholders that the Audit and Risk
Committee (the “Committee”) of the company has now been properly constituted with three
independent non-executive directors as members, being Kabela Maroga (Chairman), Lisebo
Mokhesi and Evita Nyandoro. As previously announced Ken Hopkins will also be joining the
Committee as of 1 April 2015 once his retirement from KPMG has become effective.
RBA’s provisional results for the year ended 31 December 2014 will be released on 2 April 2015
giving all members of the Committee the opportunity to approve the results.
