Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 16 January 2015 regarding the
business rescue proceedings of Holdings.
The business rescue practitioner is currently awaiting information on the appointment of new directors
to the Board of Holdings. Once received, the business rescue proceedings will be terminated.
Shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the securities of Holdings until a further
announcement has been made.
