WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the group restructure and cautionary
announcements released on SENS on 19 November 2014, 6 January 2015
and 17 February 2015 as well as the announcements dated 11 and 17
March 2015, advising shareholders of the commencement of voluntary
business rescue proceedings, in accordance with Section 129 of the
Companies Act of 2008 and the suspension of the Company’s ordinary
and preference shares with effect from 11 March 2015.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised that as the Company’s shares
have been suspended, caution is no longer required to be exercised
by shareholders.
