Shareholders are advised that Capital’s integrated report, incorporating the audited financial statements for
the year ended 31 December 2014, was dispatched on 30 March 2015 and contain no changes to the
preliminary summarised audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2014
which were announced on SENS on 28 January 2015.
The integrated report contains a notice of annual general meeting, which will be held at the company’s
registered office, 4th Floor, Rivonia Village, Rivonia Boulevard, Rivonia, 2191, at 14h00 on Thursday,
30 April 2015.
The last day to trade in order to be eligible to participate in and vote at the annual general meeting is Friday,
17 April 2015 and the record date for voting purposes is Friday, 24 April 2015.
