NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Ordinary Shareholders are advised that the results reflected in the annual financial statements for the
year ended 31 December 2014, included in the integrated report to be posted on 10 April 2015,
contains no changes from the preliminary audited results which were released on SENS on Tuesday,
17 March 2015.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of Iliad will be held at 14h00 on Thursday, 21
May 2015 at Iliad House, Thornhill Office Park, 94 Bekker Road, Vorna Valley, Midrand. The notice of
the annual general meeting is issued with the integrated report, which contains the annual financial
statements of Iliad for the year ended 31 December 2014.
Shareholders are further advised that the integrated report, which contains the annual financial
statements of Iliad for the year ended 31 December 2014, will be available on its website
(www.iliadafrica.co.za) on 31 March 2015.
