General issue of shares for cash amounting to R17, 2 million
Shareholders are advised that Ansys has raised R17,2 million through the issue of 42 406 667
ordinary no par value shares to various investors in terms of a general issue for cash in
accordance with the general authority granted by its shareholders. The shares will be issued on 8
April 2015 at 36 cents per share representing a discount of 8.95% to the 30 day VWAP of Ansys
preceding 3 March 2015, the date the directors agreed to issue the shares.
This general issue equates to 17.32% of the total shares in issue before the general issue for cash.
The funds received from the general issue for cash will be used to partly fund the acquisition of
Parsec Holdings and for working capital requirements.
