RESIGNATION OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are advised
that Jason Mortimer has resigned as Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) and director of RBA Holdings Limited
with effect from 20 April 2015 after having emigrated. Jason will be consulting to RBA for a minimum
period of three months to ensure proper handover takes place to a new CFO.
The board of directors would like to thank Jason for his contribution to the Company and Group of which
he has been the CFO since 2006 and wishes Jason success in his future endeavours.
