Amendments to the JSE Debt Listings Requirements
The JSE is proposing amendments to the JSE Debt Listings Requirements (the “Debt
Requirements”).
The amendments to the Debt Requirements have been marked-up for review. The amendments
along with an explanatory memorandum will be available on the JSE’s website: www.jse.co.za

We invite comments on the amendments by close of business, Monday, 11 May 2015, and comments
can be sent directly to alwynf@jse.co.za.
