Further to the cautionary announcement dated 25 November 2014
and the renewal of cautionary announcements dated 15 January
2015 and 26 February 2015, shareholders are advised that final
conclusion is still in progress, if successfully concluded may
have a material effect on the price of the Company’s
securities. Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue
