CHANGE TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, the board of directors announces the resignation of
Mr Reginald (“Reg”) Bernstein, as an independent non-executive
director of Bonatla, with immediate effect.
The Board will be seeking to appoint another Independent Non-
Executive Director as soon as practicable in order to ensure
compliance with the JSE Listings Requirements.
