DISTRIBUTION FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT
Holders of PrefTrax securities are advised that a distribution will be made in respect of the quarter
ended 31 March 2015. The distribution of 19.27000 cents per PrefTrax Security will be comprised as
follows:
Dividend (local) (to be taxed at 15%)(gross) 11.08000 cents
Dividends Withholding Tax (15%) 1.66200 cents
Resultant net dividend 9.41800 cents
Dividend (local)( subject to STC credits of 15%
i.e. exempt from tax) 8.13000 cents
STC Credits 8.13000 cents
Net Dividend (local) 8.13000 cents
Interest 0.06000 cents
The distribution will be made to all holders of PrefTrax securities who were recorded in the register on
27 March 2015 and will be paid on 16 April 2015.
