LISTING OF ADDITIONAL NEWFUNDS MAPPS GROWTH EXCHANGE TRADED FUND
PARTICIPATORY INTERESTS
Following the creation of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) NewFunds MAPPS Growth Exchange
Traded Fund (“MAPPSG ETF”) participatory interests, NewFunds has, from commencement of
business today, issued an additional 100,000 MAPPS Growth ETFs at a price of R19.24 per unit,
which will be listed on the JSE Limited.
After the listing of the additional 100,000 MAPPS Growth ETFs, there will be 1,806,698 participatory
interests in issue.
