In accordance with section 122 of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 and
paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders
are advised that the Company has received formal notification from
PSG Asset Management Proprietary Limited (“PSG”), confirming that
it has acquired ordinary shares in Metmar and as a result PSG now
holds a beneficial interest of 5% of the total issued ordinary
shares of Metmar.
